Meet the Manager
“I started to work for B&M Care in 2007 at the original Tremona Care Home in Watford, before transferring to Montrose and then back to Tremona when the home re-opened in 2015. With a genuine passion for delivering a highly-personalised lifestyle to those in the home, my career has seen be ‘rise through the ranks’ from Senior Care Assistant to my most recent promotion to Home Manager in 2019. Having completed the company’s in-house Management Development Pathway in 2016, other qualifications have since been acquired, including a QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
At Tremona, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and diverse team of truly caring people. Your loved ones become our priority, our extended family, and the reason we come to work each day. Come along and join the family.”
Beckie Harrison – Home Manager
“All staff are extremely kind, caring and professional and her well being has always been their utmost priority. I am always made to feel very welcome whenever I visit. She has a lovely room and the home is extremely clean. The entertainment team work very hard to arrange lots of activities in the home and also days out which the residents really enjoy. Many thanks to everyone for all their attention, she is definitely in the best place!”
Daughter of Resident at Tremona
“Tremona had a homely feel from the moment we walked through the door, the staff and management team could not have made us feel more welcome, they have helped us at such a difficult time. A beautiful care home with a home-from-home feel, myself and my family can now feel happy that he is safe, cared for and looked after. We will all be forever grateful, thank you all.”
Granddaughter of Resident at Tremona
