Meet the Manager
“My journey with B&M family started in 2021 as deputy manager at White plains Care home in Denham. I brought with me over 20 years of experience in a care sector mainly working with elderly and those living with dementia. I am eager to developpe professionally and have completed Level 4 RMA and graduated B&M’s Leadership pathway. In June 2024 opportunity arose to join Bury Lodge Care home as a manager and I felt privileged to be working in an environment that is improving people’s quality of life and building a Home from Home for our residents and their families. We have a well-established team who are providing a high level of care with compassion, patience and dignity.”

Resident and Resident’s Daughter at Bury Lodge
“Mum will constantly tell everyone that she is always happy at Bury Lodge, never gets fed up, and hopes she can continue to stay there for the rest of her days.
From the moment she arrived Mum was made so welcome by all of the staff. The care and attention given to her is exemplary. With its calm and friendly atmosphere, Bury Lodge is a wonderful environment for the elderly who are in need of some help and support.
It is reassuring to know that my Mum is so happy and content, and I can happily go away at times knowing that she is in such capable hands.”
