Laima Bruzinskiene - Home Manager of Bury Lodge in Beaconsfield

Meet the Manager

“My journey with B&M family started in 2021 as deputy manager at White plains Care home in Denham. I brought with me over 20 years of experience in a care sector mainly working with elderly and those living with dementia. I am eager to developpe professionally and have completed Level 4 RMA and graduated B&M’s Leadership pathway. In June 2024 opportunity arose to join Bury Lodge Care home as a manager and I felt privileged to be working in an environment that is improving people’s quality of life and building a Home from Home for our residents and their families. We have a well-established team who are providing a high level of care with compassion, patience and dignity.”

Our Response

The referenced CQC report relates to an inspection in April 2020, six years ago. Since then, Bury Lodge Care Home has made significant improvements across medicine management, staff training, care planning and governance. Robust systems, regular audits, and enhanced training are now firmly embedded. The original report also recognised that residents felt safe and highlighted the caring, compassionate nature of staff values that remain central today. We are committed to continuous improvement and transparency and believe a reinspection would better reflect current standards.
