Meet the Manager
“My career at B&M Care started in 2012 at St Catharines as a Care Assistant. Following two promotions, I transferred to Milford Lodge in 2017 as an Assistant Manager to continue developing my skill set within a home’s management team. Beyond my extensive knowledge of day-to-day care practice, I have a roster of qualifications, including an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management, in addition to being the home’s Safeguarding Champion. I became Home Manager at Hillview when it opened in 2023.
At Hillview, we pride ourselves in our ‘home from home’ approach. Our residents are all special to us and we treat them as our extended family and welcome everyone who chooses us to care for their loved ones.”

Engagement at Hillview is inclusive, as the team always ensures that residents of every mobility level are able to get the most out of the fun activities they organise. Watching dance performances, interacting with puppies brought in for visits, or simply enjoying a game night, the team is always working to ensure that everyone is entertained.
Every resident, in each B&M home, also has access to The Hideaway – a cosy countryside retreat with extensive grounds, and on-site Reminiscence Museum.
