“With a passion for care and a wealth of experience in various management positions, I recently joined B&M Care as a Peripatetic Manager based at Dalton Lodge. I hold a degree in Business Studies, an NVQ Level 5, and I am a proud member of Skills For Care. My commitment to delivering high-quality care and my extensive background in skilled care make me a dedicated and valuable member of the B&M Care team.
I believe in a person-centred approach to care, where each individual’s unique needs and preferences are respected and prioritized. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves to live their best life, regardless of their circumstances. At Dalton Lodge, our Complex Dementia Care Hub provides a calm, secure and highly specialised environment for people living with advanced or more challenging forms of dementia.
Dalton Lodge is purpose-designed to support individuals whose symptoms, behaviours or emotional needs have become too complex to manage in a traditional residential or dementia care setting. Our highly trained team supports residents who may experience significant behavioural changes, heightened anxiety, or complex physical and emotional needs as dementia progresses.
Alongside complex dementia care, Dalton Lodge also offers tailored support for enhanced dementia needs and early onset dementia, including for people under the age of 65, ensuring every resident receives care that is truly personalised, compassionate and responsive.

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a wonderful sensory cinema experience at Dalton Lodge, where the lights dimmed, the popcorn was served and 3D glasses transported everyone into a spectacular world of colour, light and sound. 🍿
As stunning visuals danced across the screen and soft lights shimmered around the room, residents were immersed in a calming, multi-sensory experience that sparked conversation and curiosity.
