Meet the Manager
“I have worked in care from the very beginning of my career, starting as a Care Assistant before progressing into my current role as Home Manager. Along the way, I completed B&M Care’s Leadership Pathway, developing the skills and confidence to lead with warmth, purpose and understanding.
My approach centres on cultivating a genuine home-from-home environment; somewhere residents feel comfortable, secure and able to be themselves. I believe exceptional care begins with instinctive compassion: the natural ability to recognise when someone needs reassurance, companionship or a helping hand, often without them needing to ask.
This quality is central to who we are as a team. We work closely together, looking out for our residents and one another while sharing an in-depth understanding of each person’s individual needs. My leadership style is approachable, while remaining hands-on and proactive in the daily life of the home.
I am proud to lead a team that places genuine relationships at the heart of care, helping residents feel valued, respected and truly at home.”
Wiktoria Reinisch – Home Manager
Our Response
Following a previous inspection where standards fell short, The Chadwick Care Home took decisive action, introducing a comprehensive improvement plan, new Registered Manager, and strengthened governance systems. The most recent CQC inspection confirmed significant progress, with residents feeling safe, respected, and well supported. Improvements were noted in medicines management, recruitment, training, infection control, incident monitoring, and staffing oversight. Some feedback around staffing and activities is being actively addressed.
