“I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years, with experience across nursing environments and residential care settings. Throughout my career, I have continuously developed my skills, including delivering training within care homes and achieving my PTLLS to support education teaching and also achieving NVQ Levels 3 and 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, and completing the B&M Leadership Pathway in 2025.
My personal passion lies in ensuring residents remain at the heart of everything we do, making a positive difference to their lives every day. It has been a privilege to be part of B&M for the past eight years, during which I have been fully supported in my professional growth and career progression.

White Plains is also home to a traditional cottage, hand-built by Chairman Bill Hughes, which provides a private space for visitors in a nostalgic setting.
Every resident, in each B&M home, also has access to The Hideaway – a cosy countryside retreat with extensive grounds, and on-site Reminiscence Museum.
