Our home features a traditional cottage, hand-built by Chairman Bill Hughes, which provides a private space for visitors in a nostalgic setting. The Engagement Team utilises both the outdoor and indoor space well, organising fetes for the local community, often inviting live performers for sing-along events, and creating personalised fine dining nights for couples.
Every resident, in each B&M home, also has access to The Hideaway – a cosy countryside retreat with extensive grounds, and on-site Reminiscence Museum.

The garden at St Andrews came alive for our wonderful Summer Fete! 🎪
Residents, families and friends enjoyed live singers, a fantastic performance from our in-house choir, delicious food, traditional games, a tombola, raffle, jewellery sale and face painting.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who organised, performed, volunteered, donated and joined us. Most importantly, thank you to our residents and families for making the afternoon so memorable.

Sybil started her day with a refreshing swim, enjoying the pool almost entirely to herself. As a former PE teacher, keeping active has always been second nature and her love of swimming remains as strong as ever.
On the way home, there was time to choose some beautiful blooms for an afternoon of flower arranging. 🌸

Ray may be retired, but he’s never truly off duty. 👮
During a special meeting with the local police, Ray proudly shared memories from his years of service and even returned to a very familiar seat.
The officers thanked Ray and fellow former officer Rob for their service, agreeing that once you’ve been on the beat, that sense of duty never truly leaves you.
Naturally, the outing ended with a well-earned cup of tea because every good officer knows there’s always time for a proper brew!
