  • "Congratulations on the Outstanding CQC inspection – absolutely well deserved. The home, the staff, the environments and facilities are first class; but above all, the care delivered to Mum has been truly exceptional – so much so, that Mum calls Tremona her home."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to you all for the loving and caring way which you looked after our dear neighbour during her sadly too short stay with you. It was reassuring to know that she was safe and well cared for."

    Neighbour

  • "We are very pleased to have found such a fantastic, caring home for Mum. Thank you all for your compassion and care that you gave to her during her stay with you. We fully appreciate all the help shown to Mum in trying to get her to integrate and join in the activities. We could not have wished for a better environment."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "Just a note of thanks for everything that you have done in the last two years - for us as a family, but most importantly for our Nan. You gave her a home we could visit where we could share moments with her that we can remember and treasure. Her final days were full of love, memories & dignity - we can never thank you enough."

    Family of Resident

  • "Over the last couple of years, you have all become a large part of our lives and we will miss you now that Mum is no longer with us. We have some wonderful memories and photos of Mum enjoying her time with you at Tremona. We spent the last three days at Mum's bedside and we will never forget the love, care and dignity you gave to her."

“I started to work for B&M Care in 2007 at the original Tremona before transferring to Montrose and then back to Tremona when the home re-opened in 2015. With a genuine passion for delivering a highly-personalised lifestyle to those in the home, my career has seen be ‘rise through the ranks’ from Senior Care Assistant to my most recent promotion to Home Manager in 2019. Having completed the company’s in-house Management Development Pathway in 2016, other qualifications have since been acquired, including a QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care."
