  • "I would like to express my personal thanks for the care, support, and above all, the kindness given to my Mother in the slightly more than two years she has lived at The Chadwick. Despite her initial trepidation at moving into the home, the warmth of the welcome she was afforded by both staff and other residents quickly overcame her qualms. She clearly received excellent attention during the nightmare year of the pandemic and again, I am grateful that you enabled her to maintain her morale during this time."

    Son of Resident

  • "We just want to thank you and your staff so much for the great care Mum is receiving. [We] had a window visit today; not only did Mum look great (as the girls had done her hair and nails), but she was very happy and extremely chatty especially about the release of the doves the other day. We continually see her and the other residents on Facebook having a great time. We can't thank you enough."

    Family of Resident

  • "On behalf of my Mum, I wanted to convey my thanks to all the staff involved in her care at The Chadwick. I am grateful to you all & love the fact that Sam [Deputy Manager] says while Mum has her home at The Chadwick, you are her family there. Thank you for working so hard to keep my Mum Covid-free & giving her the attention she deserves & needs."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "Good communication with relatives and other professionals in this period. Personal protective equipment (PPE) stock is monitored daily. The service is managing well with clear admission plan in place and contingency planning."

Care Quality Commission (COVID-19: Engagement & Support Call)

  • "On behalf of all of the family and I'm sure, Mum herself, we would like to give you our sincere thanks for the care and devotion whilst she was with you."

    Daughter of Respite Resident

  • "The continuity of staff has enabled them to get to know my Mum’s changing moods. It is very reassuring for me and my family that the staff can manage her behaviour with so much care and attention."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "As neighbours to the home, we watched its development, but when we visited – wow! This isn’t a care home, it’s a hotel. With a cinema, gym and a bar lounge, as well as a team of empathetic staff members, we couldn’t recommend the home more highly."

    Neighbour

  • "I would like to say a big thank you to you all for the care you took in looking after my Mother. Everyone was always very kind and understanding."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "Such a lovely place with beautiful bedrooms and a great selection of facilities (including a cinema and a gym!). The nicest home we have seen so far!"
