Vaccinations & Infection Control

As B&M Care continues to navigate through the complexities laid out by the Covid-19 pandemic, the group would like to reassure you that the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and residents remains paramount.

Our Infection Control Assurance is a commitment to minimising the risk of Covid-19 to our existing residents and staff, whilst safely welcoming new admissions into our homes.

In addition to PPE, regular testing and safe admissions, B&M Care has now successfully completed the first phase of the group's vaccination rollout.

These procedures are in place to meet and exceed the requirements of those considering a B&M Care Home for a loved one.

Vaccinations & Infection Control

  • "Good communication with relatives and other professionals in this period. Personal protective equipment (PPE) stock is monitored daily. The service is managing well with clear admission plan in place and contingency planning."

Care Quality Commission (COVID-19: Engagement & Support Call)

  • "I shall always have fond memories of those carers who really cared - with a smile, sense of humour, an extra touch, even a kiss which my Father so loved. I am grateful for the kind, gentle, loving care he received."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "Thank you all so much for doing such a fantastic job caring for and supporting both Dad and our family on our visits here. You've been a lifeline for our family at a difficult time. Ryeview Manor is a warm and comfortable home where we have always felt completely welcome and nothing has been too much trouble for you."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "Mum enjoyed her break and was glad to see she had such good company with the staff and relatives. We look forward to seeing them again when Mum next comes for a holiday."

    Daughter of Respite Resident

  • "Many thanks for all the care and kindness you showed me whilst I was staying with you; and the lovely surprise cake Matthew made for me, it was delicious!"

    Respite Resident

  • "Although she was only with you for a short time, she was very happy in your care."

Our Staff

Ryeview Manor has a select team of experienced care staff who have each undertaken bespoke training to meet the individual needs of the home's residents. The home provides appropriate ratios of staff both day and night, alongside a day-to-day care ethos that delivers highly-personalised care where dignity, freedom and privacy are consistently upheld. With an industry-envied training programme and ongoing support & development, B&M Care's guiding principles are what define our staff within the dementia care sector.
“I started my career as a beautician, but 15 years on, I felt something was missing. I enjoyed delivering a highly-personalised service, but wanted to change my focus – and the care sector was the right pathway. With this in mind, I applied for a Care Assistant opportunity at Ryeview Manor in 2015 which opened my doors to both education and progression within B&M Care. Since starting, I have completed such qualifications as an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, as well as the company’s Management Development Pathway – an invaluable experience that contributed to my most recent promotion to Home Manager.”
