Opened in 2013, Ryeview Manor Care Home in High Wycombe is B&M Care’s largest development situated on an exclusive residential road that resides alongside the picturesque backstream of the River Wye. Purpose-built across three floors, the home offers four living environments alongside a courtyard-inspired outdoor living space, as well as a newly-opened Woodland Garden.
Our High Wycombe Care Home offers the following types of care: residential care, specialist dementia care and respite care.
Ryeview also utilises PainChek®, an innovative AI-powered tool that helps detect and manage pain in residents who struggle to verbalise it, ensuring the highest level of comfort and care.

“I have worked in care for the past 15 years, mainly specialising in dementia care. Throughout this time, I have developed a mature and responsible approach, undertaking extensive training including an IAO Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, as well as participating in B&M Care’s Leadership Pathway in 2022.
Making a difference to people’s lives brings me great joy and immense job satisfaction. I feel very privileged to be part of the wonderful team who go above and beyond to care for and enchant the lives of each one of the residents at Ryeview Care Home”

Here at Ryeview Manor Care Home in High Wycombe, engagement and wellbeing is at the heart of our person-centred approach to care. Our dedicated Engagement Leads organise varied social calendars for events and entertainment, in groups and individually. Every resident experiences meaningful occupation, designed around their personal wishes and preferences.
Ryeview is home to an excellent Engagement Team, who make it their top priority to know every resident’s preferences and personalities. Regular visits from local school children, unique crafting activities, and thoughtfully planned spa days are just a few of the many opportunities for enhanced well being provided here.
Every resident, in each B&M home, also has access to The Hideaway – a cosy countryside retreat with extensive grounds, and on-site Reminiscence Museum.

Ryeview Manor’s new solar panels are already helping the home run more sustainably. ☀️
One day this summer it was recorded 3.3kW of surplus energy was being sent back to the grid.
For families, this is about more than energy.
Care homes run day and night, from lighting and laundry to kitchens, lifts and everyday comfort.
By generating more of our own renewable power, we can reduce our environmental impact, manage running costs more responsibly, and continue investing in warm, efficient spaces for residents to live well.
We're working our way retrofitting our homes, and this is another major milestone in that green mission!

Yesterday a heartfelt Father’s Day at Ryeview Manor, celebrating the wonderful fathers, grandfathers and father figures who mean so much to us. 💙
The team delivered their own thoughtful gifts and with visits from loved ones and plenty of cake, it was a lovely day filled with smiles, laughter and special memories.
