Our Staff

Greenhill has a select team of experienced care staff who have each undertaken bespoke training to meet the individual needs of the home's residents. The home provides appropriate ratios of staff both day and night, alongside a day-to-day care ethos that delivers highly-personalised care where dignity, freedom and privacy are consistently upheld. With an industry-envied training programme and ongoing support & development, B&M Care's guiding principles are what define our staff within the dementia care sector.
My career within the care sector is built on one philosophy: to deliver the best standard of highly-personalised care that I can – and to lead and inspire a team to do exactly the same. My genuine passion for care, as well as over 15 years experience, has cultivated a success story throughout my time at B&M Care: one that continues to develop and challenge my skillset as a Home Manager.
Veronica Avwenake - Home Manager
"I joined B&M Care when I was just 17 years old. I left school and was determined to pursue a career within social care. I applied to Greenhill as an apprentice, and that's where my journey started. Since then, I have worked my way up through the ranks to now be appointed as an Assistant Manager. I have several qualifications which I am proud of, which has in-turn led to me being a champion in three areas: Falls, Wounds, and the group's Rose Model of Dementia Care."
Courtney Townsend - Assistant Manager
