  • "To all the exceptionally caring staff at Clare Lodge - so many of you have been so kind, gentle and supportive towards our dear Mother in her last months, weeks and days that we want to acknowledge you all with our grateful thanks. We are glad that there was a room - and such a lovely one - for her at her time of need."

    Family of Resident

  • "Clare Lodge is a welcoming home that always has staff around and things going on. My Mother, who really didn't want to move into a care home, enjoys it here and is far happier now than she has been for the past decade."

    Daughter of Resident

  • "It is now a year since we lost [Mum], and I would like to say that, the two-and-a-half years that she spent with you will be a never-to-be-forgotten part of our lives. We will never forget you, and the rest of your staff, and of course, we will never, ever, forget Mum and what she brought to our lives."

    Family of Resident

  • "Thank you so much for everything you did. You are in the care profession for a reason, that goes for every single one of you. You always gave her a kiss goodnight...enough said. Forever grateful."

    Son of Resident

  • "From the first phone call on, the care and everything about Clare Lodge was consistently good without exception. I found every one of the staff to be excellent and I liked the way they all had a sense of humour, and knew each of the residents well, and treated them all with the upmost kindness and respect."

Our Staff

Clare Lodge Care Home has a select team of experienced care staff who have each undertaken bespoke training to meet the individual needs of the home's residents. The home provides appropriate ratios of staff both day and night, alongside a day-to-day care ethos that delivers highly-personalised care where dignity, freedom and privacy are consistently upheld. With an industry-envied training programme and ongoing support & development, B&M Care's guiding principles are what define our staff within the dementia care sector.

Gina worked in retail management before starting her career in social care, as a Care Assistant, in 1998. She decided to pursue a career in a field that she felt had purpose, and was more meaningful, so far as to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. During these years Gina qualified as a trainer, which fast became her primary role within the care home setting; supporting staff to provide best practice and excellence in care standards. This cultivated her promotion to Deputy Manager - a position that she held for 10 years before joining B&M Care in August 2021 as Home Manager of Clare Lodge.
