“I’m a dedicated care home manager with over 20 years of experience in the care sector. I began as a support worker, learning the day-to-day rhythms of person-centred care. Over time, I took on leadership roles that allowed me to shape care standards from the ground up. From the start of my career, I’ve been driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live with respect, dignity
and joy.
I am committed to providing a home where our residents and team feel heard, supported and empowered while ensuring we have a happy home because laughter and light-hearted moments are essential to well-being.

“Residents are treated with care and compassion. There are lots of activities for the residents and the food provided is healthy and nutritious. There could be a little more attention to the cleaning in the individual bedrooms but the main lounges are very bright, comfortable and clean.
