With the simple intention of rewarding excellence across our key workforce who continue to navigate through the unprecedented climate, B&M Care is delighted to announce the launch of the group's 'Superstar' initiative.

From dedication and leadership, to simple gestures of kindness, each home has been tasked to recognise 'stand out moments' by members of staff, and celebrate them with a hand-written achievement.

“Borne out of the group’s employee recognition scheme, this is a fun and creative way that has since instilled appreciation for those who showcase excellence in their role,” said Emma Norris, B&M Care’s Head of HR.

She continued: “We all accept that the past weeks have been challenging times, but as our staff continue responding at the frontline, we need to reward their tireless commitment and celebrate every achievement.”

Introduced as part of B&M Care’s staff retention programme, the ‘Superstar’ initiative is a positive campaign that further upholds our group-wide commitment to developing a culture that encourages diversity, creativity, and good practice within each of our care homes.
