Since entering a company-wide 'cocoon phase' on 18th March, B&M Care shuttered its doors to all external visitors - but over three months on, the group is delighted to announce that each of our homes, where possible, are now hosting controlled visits to facilitate a long-awaited reunion between residents and their families.

Each visit will present itself in a similar way to Tara's Retreat in Sandridge (pictured), where the dedicated 'visiting area' will be, again where possible, located outside, and will be limited to one relative per visit.

Additional measures include, physical distancing, the essential use of face coverings, and visitor temperature checks upon arrival.

As outlined in our Coronavirus FAQs, these visiting areas are “considered a safe place for a resident and their relative to meet in a socially distanced way without compromising the safety of other residents or staff”.

All visits are subject to prior arrangement and are restricted to an agreed length of time.

Please visit our dedicated Coronavirus FAQs section for more information about the steps B&M Care continues to take to best protect our residents and staff.
