"Thank you so much for all of the special care and attention that [Mum] received from you and your team. You are all wonderful people who helped us in a difficult time." Family of Resident

"We cannot thank you all enough for the outstanding care you gave to [Mum] during her two years at White Plains. We could not have wished for her to be anywhere else." Family of Resident

"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support at [my husband's] funeral. I suddenly felt overwhelmed by the enormity of the fact that this really was the moment I would say my goodbyes to [him]. I also want to thank you for your personal support over the past few years, always a reassuring voice at the end of the phone which so very helpful. Please pass on my thanks to your wonderful staff who showed [my husband] such care and compassion." Wife of Resident

"Our heartfelt thanks for everything you did for Mum over the last 3 years. The loving care and support she received from the home was second to none. We will really miss coming to see you all at White Plains." Daughter of Resident

"I'm not a man of many words but I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks to how you have looked after and cared for Mum. Thank you for making her last years peaceful." Son of Resident

"I would like to thank you all so much for the wonderful care you gave my Mother. Words seem inadequate somehow. You were all so caring and the residents in your care were all kept looking nice. You went to a lot of trouble at the Summer & Christmas parties, and your chef produced some lovely food on both occasions. Keep up the good work!" Daughter of Resident

"We would like to say a sincere thank you for all your care and attention that you gave Mum during her time at White Plains. It is an exceptional care home with such a friendly and caring atmosphere. We would like to personally thank Lisa, Mary, Agatha, Peter and Philomena." Family of Resident

"You are such a sweet caring lady and the residents at White Plains are so blessed to have you as their manager. May you be blessed for the way you care, for all you give and all you share." Daughter of a Resident

"We feel so very lucky to have chosen White Plains. Personal dignity in advanced age is paramount and we truly found it here. We are delighted with all aspects of care at White Plains, a home from home." Family of Resident

"You have become such special friends. Your kind, cheerful disposition and high level of care for the weak and vulnerable has been an inspiration to me. I shall take home with me more than memories, a heart-felt sense of gratitude for the way you have cared for Mum." Daughter of Resident

"You have a team of Angels and you should be rightly proud of them. In an age where many people are quick to criticise care homes I wanted to express to you my sincere admiration and gratitude to your staff." Letter to Chairman from a Family

"From the moment you answered the telephone, I knew we had struck gold. The care and affection she received from you and your wonderful staff made her time happy and loving; my entire family is convinced she could not have had better anywhere." Son of Resident
