heart-icon.png/ What People Say

"We [want] to express our praise and thanks for the team at St Catharines. My mother moved into the home just over a year ago [and] although her cognitive ability is deteriorating, her mood and demeanour are much brighter and her mobility much better. We believe these improvements are a direct response to the excellent care provided by Lyndsey, Michelle and her team." Daughter of Resident

"Many thanks for all the care and love you have always shown Rene over the past four years. You all went beyond your remit in our family's eyes and it was wonderful she was able to remain in your expert care. We cannot thank you enough for this and it brought great comfort to us all." Daughter-in-Law of Resident

"My mother has very much enjoyed her time at St Catharines and thank you to all the staff for making her feel so welcome." Son of Respite Resident

"From the first week of Mum's stay she seemed to regain that little sparkle in her eyes. She would tell me about her lovely room and the delicious food, but above all, she would always tell me how lovely and caring you all were." Son of Resident
