"[We] wanted to touch base and thank every single member of staff who has helped us over the last three years. St Andrews has been our lifeline and I cannot shout it enough how much you all helped us as a family. We will be forever grateful." Family of Resident

"Enjoying the SKYPE calls. There is a huge improvement in Mum's speech and it is so lovely to see her smile and hear her laugh. The musical activities sound brilliant and she is clearly enjoying this. It really makes a difference to all our lives being able to see and hear each other. You do a brilliant job and we want you to know all your hard work has been appreciated by all of us." Daughter of Resident (living in Australia)

"I would like to say a big thank you for all the care and kindness shown. As far as Tom was concerned he was 'at home', and we cannot thank you enough for that." Wife of Resident

"Staff worked very hard to give Mum special moments of fun and laughter. Mum's Keyworker Kevin, formed a really special bond with her. It is difficult to describe but I guess he just has the X-Factor! I wish we could steal him to be Mum's special friend." Daughter of Resident

The home has three environments for residents depending on the level of care required. Galway and Gleneagles provide residential care whilst Conwy and Windsor are safe, comfortable environments that specialise in the care of older people living with a dementia. The home is accredited with Hertfordshire County Council for their high standards in dementia care.

St Andrews has a select team of experienced staff, who have relevant and appropriate training to meet the needs of the residents. B&M Care has one of the most envied staff training programmes in the industry. We provide high ratios of staff both day and night. The emphasis of our care delivery is on individually planned person centred care, which builds upon a person's strengths and constantly seeks to improve their quality of life.
