heart-icon.png/ What People Say

"Thank you so much for taking such care of Dad in the last phase of his life. Thank you for showing him respect and compassion all the way to the end. You all do such an amazing job and I admire your patience and optimism." Daughter of Resident

"We are really pleased & happy with the way that Mum is being cared for. We would - if possible - nominate all the staff for exceptional service, as they are all lovely!" Family of Resident

"As a family, we cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for Mum. From the very first day, we knew it was the right place for her - and just felt like home! We are so grateful to every single one of you for all the love and care you gave her, you treated her as family and we will never forget that." Family of Resident

"Any problems that we have had over the last 3 years have been resolved quickly. I am most grateful for the care & compassion given to my Uncle." Family of Resident

"Denise, Tina & Sarah all understand my Mum’s needs & deal with her correctly at all times. These members of staff are a credit to your care system. Thank you." Daughter of Resident

"Thank you for making Mum happy and comfortable during the last 18 months at Hillview, where we are sure she had the best possible quality of care - right up to the end." Family of Family

"To everyone at Hillview, thank you for helping Mum settle in so well." Daughter of Resident

"My wife and I would like to say a very big thank you to you all for the love and care you have shown Mum over the last four years. We would particularly like to thank you for the exceptional care given to her and us over the last three weeks. This could have been a very different time for us, but you have made it easier." Son of Resident

"My Mother-in-Law has been in Hillview Care Home for just over a year now and I felt I had to write in praise of Hillview. My husband and I visit my Mother-in-Law at least three times a week and always at different times in the day. Every time we visit we feel welcomed, it's always clean and smells nice(!) and find the atmosphere warm and the residents appear to be well cared for. This was highlighted to us recently when we visited a friend in a different care home which seemed to be lacking in all the above traits." Family of Resident

"The level of care and patience Uncle received from you and your staff meant that he settled in very quickly. I truly felt that he had gone to 'another family', and one that would look after him not out of absence of duty but because they all cared." Niece of Resident

"Thank you for the care and kindness that Mum received while staying at Hillview. It was very much appreciated." Family of Respite Resident

"Thank you Denise and all your lovely team for the care and kindness you showed to our Wally." Relative of Resident

"I have been so happy and cared for. I'm so sorry to leave Hillview. I will keep in touch with you all." Resident Who Moved Into Nursing Home

"Mum was very well looked after by all your staff. Thank you very much to all your staff for looking after my Mum." Daughter of Resident

"We felt that Mother was contented and happy at Hillview and received the necessary care and understanding that we were happy with. Thank you for all your patience and concern for her needs." Relative
