"Just a note to thank you for the care and kindness shown towards my Mother during her stay with you. It was greatly appreciated by all the family." Son of Resident

"To all the exceptionally caring staff at Clare Lodge - so many of you have been so kind, gentle and supportive towards our dear Mother in her last months, weeks and days that we want to acknowledge you all with our grateful thanks. We are glad that there was a room - and such a lovely one - for her at her time of need." Family of Resident

"Clare Lodge is a welcoming place, which always has staff around and things going on. My mother, who really didn't want to go into a home, enjoys it here, and has been happier here than for the previous decade." Daughter of Resident

"It is now a year since we lost [Mum], and I would like to say that, the two and a half years that she spent with you will be a never-to-be-forgotten part of our lives. We will never forget you, and the rest of your staff, and of course we will never, ever, forget Mum, and what she brought to our lives." Family of Resident

"I would like to thank you and all the lovely staff for the care that you gave to [my husband] during this stay. He was happy, loved his food and enjoyed living at the home." Wife of Resident

"Thank you so much for everything you did. You are in the care profession for a reason, that goes for every single one. You always gave her a kiss goodnight...enough said. Forever grateful." Son of Resident

"Thank you for the exemplary care you provided. The whole family are so grateful for all your hard work. I hope and pray that others will enjoy the wonderful care and home-from home." Granddaughter of Resident

"From the first phone call on, the care and everything about Clare Lodge was consistently good without exception. I found every one of the staff to be excellent and I liked the way they had a sense of humour, knew each of the residents well and treated them all with kindness and respect." Daughter of Resident

"I have never once heard Dad say that he wishes to leave - instead he says how content he feels living at Clare Lodge." Family of Resident

"You are a wonderful bunch of people, doing a difficult job." Daughter of Resident

I am so glad that I chose Clare Lodge, a place Dad very quickly called his home, and I'm grateful too that he had such wonderful caring people around him.You gave him such excellent care and always seemed to go the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble." Daughter of Resident
