B&M Care managers have recently completed a Business Leadership in Dementia Care programme, accredited by Surrey University and in conjuction with Dementia Care Matters and The Alzheimer's Society. This development will assist our staff in meeting Objective 11 of the Department of Health's National Dementia Strategy. We are committed to ensuring that all residents with dementia live well in our homes.
For us person centred care means seeing the person as an individual and then valuing and recognising that individual's own unique personal history and personality.
