William J Hughes

Bill Hughes purchased his first care home Clare Lodge in 1975. He has grown the B&M Care group to 18 homes and is committed to a programme of future developments that will see the group grow to over 20 homes in the next 5 years. With over 30 years experience of building and operating care homes, he is committed to delivering excellent standards and continuously seeking ways of improving the service provided in his homes.

Ian Sloan MRICS

Ian Sloan joined B&M Care in 1988. Along with the responsibilities of Chief Executive of the group, Ian also oversees the building division of the organisation, Maynecol and is responsible for the development of all new building projects.  

Rachel Rodgers

Rachel joined B&M Care in 1990 as a carer at Templemore Care Home. She quickly moved her way up to assistant manager in 1996. She then joined Head office in 1998 as a training manager and returned to Templemore as manager in 2001. In 2006 Rachel joined the senior management team at Head Office as Head of Homes. She is responsible for ensuring that the homes work towards the national minimum standards and ensure that a high quality of care is delivered at all of our homes.

Janice Pittom

As commissioning manager Janice is involved from conception stage of any new home development. She is responsible for ensuring that each new B&M Care home meets every current standard. Janice is passionate about person centred care delivery and staff development and assists the homes in the group with developing good practice and action plans.

Nikki Smith
Human Resources Manager

Nikki has worked at B&M Care since April 1994.  She started her career as office junior and has worked her way up to Human Resources Manager, a role that she has been in since 2005.  She has a Certificate in Personnel Practice and works closely with our consultant HR advisers.

Angela Hunt
Business Development & Marketing Manager

Angela joined the B&M Care group in 2005 to further develop the Fledglings Nurseries business.  Angela joined the senior management team in 2007 and now focuses on business development and marketing for B&M Care's 18 homes. Her responsibilities include the website, corporate identity, brochure development, service excellence, advertising, public and customer relations and occupancy.

Trinna Bruton FMAAT
Group Accountant

Trinna has worked at B&M Care since 2001.  She came to B&M as a credit controller and took over the role of finance manager in 2003.  She was then appointed as Group Accountant in 2006. Trinna is a Fellow Member of the Associations of Accounting Technicians.

 

Bruce Smith
Technical Director

Bruce joined the Head Office team at the beginning of 2009 and has over 20yrs experience of designing B&M homes.
