B&M have demolished the site of a large office building that was built approximately 16 years ago. The building and site had remained empty for a few years before B&M Care purchased. The proposed Milford Care Home received planning permission in July 2011 for a 60 bedroom care home. The home has been designed over four floors including a basement and the second floor constructed within roof void.
