Janice and her core team have been at Willowthorpe since it opened in 2005. She has also completed the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow training which is accredited to the Alzheimer’s Society and as well as the 'Leadership Matters in Person Centered Dementia Care' programme in conjunction with Dementia Care Matters and the Alzheimer's Society and accredited by Surrey University. "Together we all compliment and support each other to achieve a friendly home environment along with a robust person centred care delivery programme".
Linda White Assistant Manager
Linda has been at Willowthorpe since it opened in 2005. She played a key role in setting up systems, procedures and the recruitment of staff.

Ellie Offredi Administrator
Ellie has strong secretarial and administrative skills and is a core part of the front of house team at Willowthorpe. She had been at Willowthorpe since its opening in 2005 and is usually the first friendly face that welcomes you when you arrive.
Kaye Ives Lifestyle and Activities Facilitator
Kay has been at Willowthorpe for just over three years and has had extensive training in Person Centred Dementia Care, Activities and Assisted Dining. She is passionate about her role and believes that the residents have merely moved home and that their lives should continue as they wish. We think this photo really shows off her personality!
