without exception the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They clearly care deeply about their residents and treat them with respect and kindness.  I witnessed genuine care and affection for all the residents. They are content and are attended to with consideration and respect. I would really like to compliment Philomena and her team, as I genuinely feel that they don't quite realise how special the care that they are giving is, and how much of a difference they are all making to the residents lives.
