Pansy Fyffe
Manager
Pansy joined B&M care in 2009 as an Assistant Manager at St.Catharines before moving onto Clare Lodge. She has a wealth of experience in Health and Social care, in which she has worked in for the past 15 years. She is currently working towards her NVQ4 and Leadership in Management awards. Pansy has also completed the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow training which is accredited by the Alzheimer’s Society. Pansy say’s “my staff team are excellent and so are my residents”.

Maggie Lucas
Deputy Manager
Maggie joined B&M Care in 2006 as a member of the care team. Maggie worked her way up to senior, then team leader and finally Deputy Manager. In April 2009 she was appointed as Deputy Manager at The Lodge. Maggie has achieved her Registered Managers Award (RMA) and has NVQ III and had taken part in the Alzheimer's Society course Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

Tina Crosswell
Administrator
Tina is the administrator at the Lodge and the first friendly face you will meet upon arrival. She has been working at The Lodge since March 2000. Before joining the team here she worked for a small organisation as a personal assistant to the Managing Director.

Julie Dunn
Activity Organiser
Julie joined the team at The Lodge in 2006. She is NAPA accredited and has completed several training programmes on the provision of activities for older people. In her words she "loves exploring people's interests".
