Pansy joined B&M care in 2009 as an Assistant Manager at St.Catharines before moving onto Clare Lodge. She has a wealth of experience in Health and Social care, in which she has worked in for the past 15 years. She has completed the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow training which is accredited to the Alzheimer’s Society and as well as the 'Leadership Matters in Person Centered Dementia Care' programme in conjunction with Dementia Care Matters and the Alzheimer's Society and accredited by Surrey University.Pansy say’s “my staff team are excellent and so are my residents”.

Foluke joined the team at The Lodge in February 2011 as a Senior Care Assistant and quickly progressed to Team Leader in August 2011. She has previously worked in domicillary care and has completed an NVQ III in Health and Social Care, Dementia Awareness Training, Risk Assessment for Managers and current first aid training.
Tina Crosswell Administrator
Tina is the administrator at the Lodge and the first friendly face you will meet upon arrival. She has been working at The Lodge since March 2000. Before joining the team here she worked for a small organisation as a personal assistant to the Managing Director.
