Meet the Care Team

Monika Relton
Manager

Monika has over ten years experience in a senior managerial role. Her qualifications include: NVQ level 3 in Care; NVQ level 5 Management; Registered Managers Award - achieved in 2005; she has also completed the 'Leadership Matters In Person Centred Dementia Care' programme accredited to Surrey University and the Alzheimer's Society. `Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow`programme; Undertaken various training courses relating to care; Diploma in Trade Business.

Monika has been the manager at Templemore since 2006. “At Templemore we strive to provide the highest possible care in Northamptonshire and are passionate about dementia care”.
Janette Marr
Assistant Manager

Janette has been caring for the elderly since 1986 and is the assistant manager at Templemore including responsibility for Cedars 1 and 2. She has her NVQ level 3 and 4 in Care and is also the moving and handling trainer for Templemore. She has completed the Alzheimer’s Society `Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow`programme and has undertaken various courses relating to care. Janette has 13 years experience working with the elderly at Templemore. She manages two team leaders and an overall staff of 90 members.

Hayley Wood
Team Leader

Hayley is one of the team leaders at Templemore and is responsible for the care of residents in the main building. Hayley began her employment in November 1999 as a care assistant. She was later promoted to senior care assistant and recently to the team leader position in August 2009.

Hayley has achieved NVQ level 2 and level 3 in care. She is currently undertaking her NVQ Level 4 and has successfully completed dementia, medication and infection control training with a third party external organisation.

Amy Miller
Lifestyle and Activities Facilitator

Amy joined the team at Templemore in June 2010 after a career in the retail industry. She has excellent interpersonal and social skills and looks forward to the challenges of this new environment.

Helen Coleman
Administrator

Val Bailey
Administrator

Valerie has worked at Templemore for 11 years. Helen has 18 years experience in the care industry. Their role consists of general office and reception duties, switchboard, payroll and typing correspondence.
