Annette Sudbury-Smith
Manager

Annette Sudbury Smith, Manager, has 17 years experience in caring for the elderly and has gained her Registered Managers Award (RMA) NVQ4 in Care. She has also completed the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow training which is accredited to the Alzheimer’s Society and as well as the 'Leadership Matters in Person Centered Dementia Care' programme in conjunction with Dementia Care Matters and the Alzheimer's Society and accredited by Surrey University.
Karen Hopkins
Deputy Manager

Karen Hopkins, Deputy Manager, has 20 years experience in the care sector and has gained her RMA NVQ4 in Care.
Nicola Barry
Assistant Manager

Nicola has over 9 years experience in Care of the Elderly, and has achieved NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Care, NVQ Assessor in Health & Social Care, Moving and Handling Instructor, Preparing to Teach in Lifelong Learning Sector, PTLLS Award. She also has qualifications and experience in dementia care.

Administrator

Sherri Simpkins, Administrator, joined Tara’s in January 2008. She has 20 years secretarial and administrative experience in the Public Relations and Investment Banking sectors.
