Kim Franks

I have worked at St. Lukes since 1990, and took on the role of Manager in 2000. My qualifications include NVQ level 4 and the Registered Managers Award (RMA). Kim has also completed the 'Leadership Matters In Person Centred Dementia Care' programme accredited to Surrey University and the Alzheimer's Society. I am lucky enough to have a great team of staff who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible.
Shelley Castell
Deputy Manager
I have worked at St. Lukes sinbce 1989. For the last ten of these I have worked in The Oaks unit specialising in Dementia Care. I hold an NVQ level 4 Qualification and have recently completed The "Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow" Alzheimers Care Course.
Veronica Andrews
Deputy Manager
I have worked at St Lukes since 1991 progressing from a Care Assistant to Deputy Manager. My main responsibilities are the residential unit and Lilac Unit which is a low level dementia environment. I hold an NVQ level 4 qualification, am a trained Moving and Handling Instructor and have recently completed the "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow" Alzheimers Care Course.
Liz Fox
Assistant Manager
I have worked at St Lukes since 1996, progressing from a Care Assistant to an Assistant Manager and have been in this post for the last seven and a half years. I hold an NVQ level 3 and 4, and i am a trained Moving and Handling Instructor. As part of my duties I induct and train new staff.

Nicki Mack
Administrator
I have been employed at St Lukes as an Administrator since leaving college in 1998. Since then I have undertaken several training courses. I have an NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration and an NVQ 3 in Customer Services. My duties are dealing with administrative and front of house duties in the home, Petty Cash, staff payroll and assisting with Staff Recruitment.
