Teresa has had over 15 years experience in the care sector working with the elderly in residential and community care. She is has also worked in a residential care village and with people experiencing dementia and disabilities. Teresa has her RMA and has recently completed Leadership and Management Level5. She has also completed the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow training which is accredited to the Alzheimer’s Society and as well as the 'Leadership Matters in Person Centered Dementia Care' programme in conjunction with Dementia Care Matters and the Alzheimer's Society and accredited by Surrey University.
Isabel Jeffrey Deputy Manager
Isabel has an NVQ 2 and 3 and has worked at St Leonards since 2004. She has 3 years experience in nursing care prior to joining St Leonards and is now starting her LMC.
Luiza Petrova Assistant Manager
Luiza has worked at St Leonards since 2005. In 1995 she graduated as a general nurse specialising in the anaesthetic dept and abdominal surgery. She has 7 years experience in dementia and residential care for the elderly. She has achieved her NVQ4 in social care and is currently working towards the Registered Managers Award (RMA).
Debbie McCauley Administrator
Debbie has previously been a senior care assistant at St Leonards. She has worked at the home since 2004 and has achieved her NVQ2.
