We have been astonished by your great kindness in sitting with Florence so much and talking to her, playing her favourite music for her and so thoughtfully keeping the family informed as to how she was doing.  We cannot thank you enough.

You have made St Joseph's a really homely place for Florence in her last years and not only cared for her most tenderly, but brought laughter into her life as well, which is so important. She told us often how fond she was of her carers, and we were not surprised to hear it.
