Consultation & Quality Audit

Our Home is committed to ensuring that residents are fully consulted about matters which are significant in the running of the Home or about matters which might affect their well being or quality of life. We have 3 monthly residents meetings in the form of a coffee morning and the Management and staff are available to listen to the views of residents at any time. Relatives are welcome to attend these meetings. A quality monitoring questionnaire is given to all residents and their relatives annually and is reviewed regularly. There is also a suggestion box available in the main hallway and the Manager would welcome any comments.
