Teresa started work at St Anns in January 1993 as a care assistant and quickly worked her way up to senior and then assistant manager. She was assistant manager for seven years and progressed to manager in 2001. Theresa has gained NVQ 2 and 3 and has a registered managers award (RMA). This year she has successfully completed a `Leadership in Person Centred Dementia care, a programme run by Dementia Care Matters in conjunction with The Alzheimer’s Society and accredited to Surrey University. Teresa is fully committed to improving the lives of people in her care and is experienced in caring for the needs of the people living with a dementia.
Michelle Banghall Assistant Manager
Michelle Joined B& M in 2005 as Assistant Manager. She has an NVQ 2 and 3 and also a Registered Managers Award (RMA). Michelle is responsible for the training and induction of all staff. Michelle has successfully completed the Alzheimer’s society programme 'Yesterday, today and tomorrow'.
