Marcia has been working in the care industry since 1985 in various roles that have led her to becoming a Manager. She has gained an NVQ in Care and the Registered Managers award amongst others. She has a passion for working with the elderly and strives to meet their every need. Marcia previously managed a Care Home in St Albans for 7 years and earned an ‘excellent’ rating for the home from the CQC.
Lynne Simons Deputy Manager
Lynne has worked for B&M Care since 2000. She has progressed from care assistant to Deputy Manager and ensures the smooth running of the dementia areas of the home. Lynne has an RMA qualification and also is the Yesterday, today & tomorrow dementia training manager.
Sharon Trundell Deputy Manager
Sharon has worked for B&M Care since 2008, starting as a Senior Carer at The Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead. She progressed quickly to Deputy Manager at Clare Lodge in February 2010 and finally moving to St Andrews as Deputy Manager in May 2011. Sharon is passionate about care and is enjoying the challenges of her new role.

Administrator
Janice has been the Administrator at St Andrews for 16 years. Janice is the first friendly face that welcomes you when you arrive at St Andrews.
