Carol Wynn
Manager
Carol has been a care home manger for twenty years, working for B&M Care for five years. Her background is in nursing and she has achieved her RMA & Leadership in Dementia Care which is accredited to Surrey University.
Lynne Simons
Deputy Manager
Lynne has worked for B&M Care since 2000. She has progressed from care assistant to Deputy Manager and ensures the smooth running of the dementia areas of the home. Lynne has an RMA qualification and also is the Yesterday, today & tomorrow dementia training manager.
Sue Stadward
Assistant Manager
Sue has worked for B&M Care for five years and is the newly appointed Assistant Manager in charge of the residential side of the home. Sue has NVQ 2 & 3 qualifications.
Joanna Brooks
Assistant Manager
Jo has over 10 years experience in care for the elderly, and has achieved level 2 & 3 in her NVQ. She is a Moving & Handling instructor and holds a PTTLS qualification. Jo joined B&M Care in 2009 as a Team Leader moving quickly to secure an Assistant Manager's post in 2010. She is a vibrant part of our team in the dementia environments at St Andrews.
