Meet the Care Team

Denise has worked in the care home environment for over 30 years. She has worked for B&M Care since 1997 in many capacities.  She has recently gained her Registered Managers Award (RMA).

Ashley joined B & M Care in 2005 and has worked her way up from Night Care Assistant to Senior to Team Leader to Assistant Manager and has been working in the care profession since 2000. (She was recently married in Las Vegas and will change her name when the paperwork arrives!). She has NVQ III in Health and Social Care and an NVQ in Team Leadership. Ashley enjoys working at Hillview and finds the role of Assistant Manager fulfilling and challenging. 

Sheila has worked for B&M Care since 2003.  She moved her career from the other end of the age scale, looking after infant school children.
