Meet the Care Team

Caroline Inch
Manager

Working in the care industry for 17 years and has given Caroline sound knowledge of her chosen field. Caroline has worked at Greenhill for 6 years and specialises in proving dementia care for those who reside at Greenhill. Caroline holds RMA Level 4, Understanding management with the Open University, 'Leadership Matters In Person Centred Dementia Care' accredited to Surrey University and the Alzheimer's Society, and is currently undertaking a BSc (hons) in Dementia Studies with the highly acclaimed Bradford University.

Caroline is very proud to have all of her staff qualified to in NVQ level 2/3 and dementia care training.” The committed staff with their expertise aspire to deliver high standards of care at Greenhill.

Barbara Gibula
Assistant Manager

Barbara has worked in the care profession since 2003. She is currently working towards her Registered Managers Award (RMA) NVQ Level IV. Barbara also has a Diploma in Dementia Care from the London Open College Network.
Ton Ketmalee
Cook
Ton has been working at Greenhill for 8 years. He is qualified in food preparation and cooking level 2, food and nutrition and health and hygiene. Ton previously worked in Hospital catering, so is aware of the nutritional value and importance of food. Ton says "the choice of menu is to the satisfaction of our residents. We carry out a full assessment of each resident to ensure that we can cater for their individual dietary needs".

Sue Reynolds
Administrator
Sue has worked as the administrator at Greenhill since 2000, previous to that she was a school secretary. She holds qualifications in administration and has completed all mandatory training set out by B&M Care. She is the first port of call to any one visiting the home and is always at the end of the telephone to assist with any queries.
Susie Carmen
Activities Organiser
Susie provides a variety of person centred group and one to one activities. She creates a personal profile of each resident and match activities according to what each individual likes and enjoys. We appreciate that some people would like to sit quietly with a newspaper perhaps, while others take part in what is organised. We have a weekly rota, but we appreciate there is flexibility with this to cater for the individuals needs. Susie is currently undertaking the Napa training course.
Kerry Pugh
Team Leader

Kerry started working at Greenhill in October 2009. She is currently working towards her NVQ 3 and hope to progress further with her training and personal development. Kerry has been working in a care role for eight years and was appointed at Team Leader in June 2010.
