Diane has worked for B&M Care since 1998 and have worked at Ashlyns since 2000. Her qualifications include a Registered Managers Award (RMA), she has also completed the 'Leadership Matters In Person Centred Dementia Care' programme accredited to Surrey University and the Alzheimer's Society. Diane praises her team highly and believes that is down to them that they are able to deliver great care.
Lorraine Lettis Deputy Manager
Lorraine has been with B&M Care since 1997 and at Ashlyns since 2002. She is currently the homes moving and handling instructor and has achieved the Registered Managers Award (RMA).
Jacqueline Thomas Assistant Manager
Jacqueline joined Ashlyns Care Home in 2002 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2006. Her qualifications include NVQ level 3 and ASET level 2 in dementia care.
Kelly Huxtable Assistant Manager
Kelly joined Ashlyns in February 2005 as a care assistant and was promoted to Assistant Manager of The Willows (dementia environment) in 2010. Kelly has completed NVQ2, NVQ3, Team Leading NVQ, PTLLS and ASET level 2 in dementia care.
Janice Smith Administrator
Janice joined Ashlyns in 2002 as a part-time administrator and now works full time. Janice's responsibilities include, enquiries, viewing, invoicing and most importantly she is the first person you meet you with a warm welcome when you arrive at Ashlyns.
